Online Store and Refund Policy
Policies pertaining to purchasing bInfinity's products from its online store, hosted on bInfinity's website PhotoPottery.com, are outlined herein.
Product Returns and Refunds
You can return any item you have purchased from bInfinity within 30 calendar days from receiving the product, so long as the item is unused and is returned in its original packaging material.
- Please visit www.photopottery.com/returns.php and fill out the form for a return code. You'll be emailed a return code, which is required for a refund, along with return shipping information.
- Include a copy of the order receipt, return code, and merchandise in its original packaging.
- We recommend you use a shipping method that has tracking or purchase insurance since we need to receive the item(s) to issue a credit. You pay for the return shipping and any insurance, and we do not refund these.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we'll issue a refund.
We accept credit cards, including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Paypal is also accepted. Purchase orders are accepted from schools and camps. Please contact us (at www.photopottery.com/contactus.php) for information on placing a purchase order.
When you pay by credit card or PayPal, you are charged at the time you place your order. If we can not fulfill part or all of your order for any reason, we will notify you by email and issue a refund for the unfulfilled portion of your order.
Currently we only ship to the United States. We generally use US Post Service (USPS) or United Parcel (UPS). Packages are by flat rate or priority mail. Next day (express/overnight) shipping is not currently available. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact us (at www.photopottery.com/contactus.php) before placing your order.
Shipping costs are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on the weight of each product and its packaging and the zip code where your order is being shipped. We may ship orders having multiple products in more than one package, such that they do not all arrive at the same time. If multiple shipments are necessary for the order, you are not charged additional shipping costs, only what was calculated at checkout.
Shipping is from our New Jersey manufacturing location. Delivery time is based on where you are located. For example, shipments to many east coast locations are likely to be 1 to 2 days, whereas to the west coast it can take 5 to 7 days.
Order Processing Time
Unfortunately we can not guarantee that a given product will always be in stock: discrepancies can occur between the eCommerce system we use and our actual inventory. If we are out of stock on an item you order, we will need to manufacture it.
We typically process and ship in-stock items within 2 business days of your order. Items that need to be manufactured can take up to 3 weeks to ship, but often less time depending on where in the manufacturing stage the products are.
We will notify you by email if one or more of the items is out of stock, with estimated ship date. At your option, you can cancel the products, and a refund will be issued for those products.
Sales tax is charged on orders which ship to New Jersey and New York.
