Forgot your PhotoPottery password or member id?
We can email you your existing password, or a new password. Just specify one of the confirmed email addresses associated with your account. The password will be immediately emailed to that email address.
If opting for a new password, after received and you log back onto PhotoPottery, we recommend that you change your password immediately using the Change Password command on the My Account screen.
Forgot your member id? If Include Member Id is checked, the email will also contain your member id along with the new password.
